If you order only Findings we automatically ship them Federal Express Standard Overnight. If you place an order with both Findings and Tools, depending on the weights, we may elect to ship both the Findings and Tools together via UPS or separately via UPS & FedEx. If you would like some other methods please notify us in the Special Ship to Instructions field under the Ship To address during checkout.

Findings Policy Guidelines

1. Pricing: All items in the catalog are priced per piece with five quantity breaks available: 1, 2-5, 6-11, 12-50, and 51 pieces and above of a single item number. Prices listed in the catalog are Triple Keystone, with suggested retail prices based on a Gold Market of $400.00/oz., a Platinum Market of $800.00/oz. and a Silver Market of $6.00/oz.
2. Billing: Orders are priced at the current precious metal market on the day that they are received. Prices will be based on the London PM fix of that day. Back-ordered merchandise will be invoiced at the original purchase price.
3. Minimum Orders: There are no minimum orders however, the website only accepts orders totaling $25.00 or more.
4. Shipping: Every effort will be made to ship incoming orders on the same day that they are received. Inventory levels will be kept at their maximum to meet this objective. Orders will be shipped via Federal Express Standard Overnight service at a nominal fee unless otherwise specified. Federal Express commits to delivering these orders by 3pm of the following business day.
