Ceramic End Brushes
Our ceramic end brushes are a versatile tool for surface polishing, deburring, removing tool marks and EDM scale as well as other finishing applications. The ceramic fiber bristles produce a uniform finish and are color coded for easy grit identification. Easily dress shapes and angles into the brushes by using a diamond abrasive file to match the surface of the workpiece. Can be used wet or dry. Use in a micromotor handpiece or in a CNC machine. For 150 - 1000 grits Max RPM is 15,000. Recommended RPM 6,000 – 12,000rpm. For 1200 grit Max RPM is 12,000. Recommended RPM is 6,000 - 8,000rpm. All have a 3mm shank and measure 1-15/16” (50mm) in length x 3/16” (5mm) in width. Also available as a set. Made in Japan.
