Product Description
The MKR-2 is designed to raise sheet metal into a bowl against a stake or other surface without thinning the metal, but you can also raise and planish concave curves. The wide faces of the MKR-2 help to leave your metal smoother than if you were to raise with a narrower face or cross peen hammer.
This hammer is part of the Fretz Maker series which was designed to deliver quality hammers at a more affordable price point with handles made from American ash. Fretz casts all their hammer heads from 420 stainless steel and tool hardens them to 50 HRC. Made in Vietnam.
