Unitized Mounted Points are used for deburring, blending, and polishing in hard-to-reach areas where uniform finishing is critical. They have a long life, resist loading, and run smoothly to eliminate chatter marks often caused by bonded abrasives. Made in USA.

 

Grit Applications:

  • Fine: Silicon carbide for high-luster polishing with light pressure
  • Medium: Aluminum oxide deliver more aggressive cutting under heavier pressure
  • Coarse: Aluminum oxide provides the heaviest cut, suited for light deburring and fast material removal.
