The Safer Alternative to Industrial Downdraft Tables

Safer, smarter, and larger, the ENESKApostprocess is a unique workstation from the German manufacturer, JOKE. Designed for the post-processing of 3D metal printed parts. Unlike a traditional downdraft table, the ENESKApostprocess is completely enclosed, with a viewing window and sealed manual inlets to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence.

  • Optimal Working Space

The adjustable height platform, dimmable lighting, and large glass dome ensure optimal ergonomic working conditions, while the large working platform (50"W x 60"D x 70"H) can accommodate various fixtures such as turntables, magnetic clamping balls, and vises for secure support for simple and complex parts.

  • Grinding and Finishing

With built-in connections for many tools and larger hand inlets, the work station can be used for a wide range of post-processing tasks such as support and substrate removal, grinding, deburring, and polishing.

  • Advanced Filtration

The extraction system cleans 99.95% of the air in the work chamber with a combination of compressed air jets and vacuum suction to remove hazardous powders and dust, and even reactive powders such as titanium and aluminum.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the ENESKApostprocess different from a downdraft table?

The ENESKApostprocess is a unique work station that is completely enclosed with a viewing window, sealed inlets, built-in connection options, advanced filtration, and an extra-large work space that can work with a wide range of accessories. It is safer, smarter, and larger than a traditional downdraft table.

What work tasks can the ENESKApostprocess be used for?

The ENESKApostprocess can be used for all work stages of 3D postprocessing, with integrated control units compatible with a wide range of tools. Work steps you can perform include removing residual powder, removal or support structures and substrate material, deburring, milling, grinding, and polishing.

What materials can it process?

The ENESKApostprocess can be used with steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, carbon, brass, ceramic, PEEK, POM, plastics, rubber-like materials, gypsum, and many more.

Can the ENESKApostprocess be used with reactive substances?

With the risk of explosion eliminated, the ENESKApostprocess can be used with reactive substances like titanium and aluminum. For highly reactive substances, an integrated moisture separated is optionally available as well.

How does the air filtration system work?

With safety as the top priority, the ENESKApostprocess can only be used with the extraction system running. Extraction is through the floor of the working chamber, with flow-optimized air guidance. In addition, the system cannot be opened until the automatic cleaning process has finished, ensuring residual dust has been extracted from all corners.

What tools and accessories can be used with the ENESKApostprocess?

Integrated control uniques allow up to three different micromotors and two pneumatic devices to be connected simultaneously, as well as accessories. Popular tools and accessories include a belt grinder, hand-filing machine, compressed-air filing machine, micromotors, magnetic clamping balls, vices, and more.
