Product Description
HyCeram® is a premium hybrid ceramic material designed for color inlays in jewelry, luxury goods, and high-wear applications. Made with 60% microfine ceramic and a modern cross-linked polymer matrix, it delivers an intense, high-gloss finish with exceptional durability. HyCeram® is ideal for filling ring channels, sculpting, engraving, or building up thicker designs with minimal shrinkage. Once cured under heat and pressure, it becomes highly resistant to wear, chemicals, and UV light.

Application Overview:
- Roughen the design surface by sandblasting or etching
- Apply appropriate Link and Bond
- Apply HyCeram® color inlay as needed
- Cure in CeraPower 2.0 oven for 60 minutes under heat and pressure
- Finish by sculpting, polishing, or engraving as desired
