Product Description
Discover the brilliance of HyCeram®, a premium hybrid ceramic design material developed for fine jewelry applications. Composed of 60% microfine ceramic and advanced 3D cross-linked polymers, HyCeram® offers exceptional color intensity, UV stability, and high surface hardness. Its luxurious finish, durability, and biocompatibility make it ideal for everything from fine jewelry and watch components to high-end design accents.
Perfect for both artisan workshops and small-scale production environments, HyCeram® can be polished to a high gloss, resists chemicals and temperatures up to 200°C, and can be drilled, engraved, or even electroplated after curing.
This kit is designed to get you started with everything needed to explore and apply the system confidently. Note: Some components require an air compressor capable of 100 psi (6.9 bar)
Kit includes 1 each of the following:
- TwinLux Dual UV LED Light – For curing Bond quickly and evenly.
- PreHeater 1.0 – Preheats 5ml & 30ml syringes to reduce viscosity for better dispensing.
- CeraPower 2.0 Curing Unit – Thermal curing unit for HyCeram®; requires Thermo Liquid (included) and a compressor (not included).
- Digital Dispensing System 100 – Delivers 5ml material with precison.
- Tree Slide Fixture – Holds pieces inside the CeraPower for all-around curing.
- Inside Ring Holder – For steady, interior ring gripping during application.
- Link Pen, 1ml – Surface prep prior to Bond application for maximum adhesion.
- Bond, 3ml – UV-cured primer to improve ceramic adhesion.
- Foam Roller – Removes cured Bond’s oily layer before color application.
- HyCeram® Dispensing Tips, 15 pcs – For use with syringes for controlled application.
- HyCeram® HV Colors:
- Organic White, 5 ml
- Granada Red P186C 5 ml
- Indian Yellow P109C, 5 ml
- Vitrol Blue P2728C, 5 ml
- Deep Black P447C, 5 ml
