#7191 are flush-cutting nippers with screw lap joint and a tapered relieved head for reaching tight areas. Jaws measure 3/8" long x 3/8" wide. Cuts copper or annealed 14K wire: 28-18 AWG; 0.014" to 0.039" (0.35 to 1.0mm) diameter copper or annealed 14K gold wire.
Measure 4-1/3" overall length.
