Product Description
This complete Little Torch™ set gives you everything you need to get started soldering and brazing including torch, tanks, and regulators with a secure carrier. This torch produces thread-thin flames or flames large enough to cast up to three ounces of gold or silver, reaching temperatures up to 6,300°F. It's ideal and reliable for a myriad of jewelry tasks in repair, retail, or manufacturing settings.
- Lightweight, balanced body: Rugged aluminum alloy body weighs only 0.5 oz. and is well-balanced for easy maneuvering.
- Precise flame control: Pencil-style handle directs the flame exactly where you want it for a clean, professional job.
- Flexible hoses: Thin, extremely lightweight hoses add flexibility without sacrificing control.
- Reverse flow check valves: Both regulators include check valves for added safety.
This system includes:
- Torch handpiece
- Five brazing tips
- Two 8-foot hoses (one oxygen, one fuel gas) with “B” fittings (9/16" thread, 3.2mm ID)
- Oxygen regulator (outlet: 9/16"-18 RH “B”; inlet: CGA 540)
- Propane regulator (outlet: 9/16"-18 LH “B”; inlet: CGA 510)
- 5-lb. propane tank, CGA 510 connection
- 'R' (20 cu. ft.) oxygen tank, CGA 540 connection
- Carrier to keep tanks secure
Tanks shipped empty.
Important: “B” fittings (9/16"-18 thread) are the U.S. standard. As a safety feature, the oxygen side uses right-hand (RH) threads and the fuel side uses left-hand (LH) threads, so the two can't be cross-connected. Customers outside the U.S. should confirm their tanks and regulators match these connections (CGA 540 for oxygen, CGA 510 for propane) before ordering, or plan to source local adapters.
