Gesswein Ruby Stones are manufactured by Friatec-Degussit from pure, sintered crystals of synthetic ruby—completely free of bonding agents. This results in an exceptionally hard abrasive that resists wear and deformation, making it ideal for precise grinding, deburring, and fine polishing of hardened materials. These stones are not rated by conventional grit sizes but are categorized as coarse, medium, or fine due to their unique crystalline structure. Their superior durability makes them more economical over time than comparable abrasives.
