Red Mounted Points are high-performance abrasives made of premium Aluminum Oxide bonded with porcelain-type clay for maximum strength, rigidity, and efficiency. These fast-cutting, non-loading stones are ideal for internal grinding on tools, dies, and gauges—or on any medium to hard materials. The ceramic bond controls the release of the Aluminum Oxide abrasive grains so that as each particle begins to dull, the bond discharges it, allowing new abrasive grain to surface with fresh, sharp cutting edges for consistent performance.  Securely mounted on 1-1/2" nickel-plated steel shanks and guaranteed to run true.
