Product Description
Compact, fully automated surface finishing equipment for
cemented carbide cutting tools, endmills, and cutting inserts. Designed for
precision applications in medical devices, automotive, aerospace, luxury goods,
tools, food, and pharmaceuticals.
The DLyte 100PRO Carbide is the largest compact surface polishing system designed for industrial applications. Powered by DryLyte® a revolutionary dry electropolishing process, it uses solid media to deliver automated, high-precision surface finishing on a wide range of metals and alloys including steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium, copper-based alloys, hard metal group, nickel-based alloys and aluminum group materials. The system uses solid electrolyte media with advanced PLC-based controls to achieve repeatable results equivalent to manual polishing and grinding. The advanced PLC based electronics allow asymmetric pules required to process carbides and a wide range or materials from low to high frequency and parameter concatenation. One-year limited warranty.
