The SR is Foredom's most popular motor with a 1/6 HP, universal, flexible shaft machine that runs in forward and reverse rotation at speeds up to 18,000 RPM. The SR combines the most important features our customers expect — power, reversibility, reliability, and versatility — all in one motor. Comes equipped with a standard 39" long key-tip inner shaft and outer sheath for connecting to any Foredom handpiece (except H series). Works with all standard Foredom Speed Controls (except H series). Motor is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. Made in USA.

This permanent magnet motor is specifically designed for high torque/low speed applications, offering more power for jobs like stone setting, wax modeling, and pearl drilling. Feature full power and torque from start up and throughout the entire speed range up to 5,000rpm. Comes equipped with a motor bale for hanging, and a standard 39" long key tip inner shaft and special/more flexible neoprene outer protective sheath.

Foredom's most popular general purpose handpiece features a 3-jaw, geared chuck with a 0–5/32" capacity. Accessory changes are easy using the supplied HPCK-0 Chuck Key in a molded plastic handle.
Set comes complete with a 42 piece assortment of step drills and steel engraving burs in a small round bur holder, and Flexible Shaft Grease.
