Product Description
LuxArt® contains 35% ceramic content and an organic matrix of 3D cross-linked polymers. Used in sophisticated jewelry design. The LuxArt® basic color scheme includes a carefully selected range of standard colors, all of which may also be combined to create further vibrant shades. Can be laser engraved, polished and used for flush set stones. Meets REACH, RoHS standards

Basic steps:
- Roughen the design area by sand blasting, etching, etc.
- Carefully clean and dry the design area
- Apply the link and allow to air drive for about 60 seconds
- Apply the bond
- Cure the bond using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Remove excess bond with the foam roller
- Apply the LuxArt colors in layers
- Harden each layer using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Turn, mill, sand to achieve desired design and finish
Exposure to light from the TwinLux Dual curing tool for 1-minute yields the following different, color specific curing depths:

our 8213824 Siam Red = 0.70mm
our 8213826 Tosca Orange = 0.50mm
our 8213828 Sun Yellow = 0.50mm
our 8213830 Sena Green = 0.60mm
our 8213832 Metro Blue = 3.60mm
our 8213834 Sonos Black = 0.40mm
