Product Description
The NSK HG-200 Torque Type Handpiece Attachment from NSK (Nakanishi) is a heavy-duty straight grinding handpiece head engineered for high-resistance cutting and grinding tasks where standard attachments lose control or stall. Designed to handle hardened steel, large-diameter burs, and coarse mounted abrasives, its 1/4" (6.35mm) collet accepts the larger-shank tooling that heavy material removal demands.
A specially designed rubber grip encasing the body absorbs the cutting and grinding resistance that would otherwise transfer to the operator's hand, reducing fatigue and improving control during demanding production applications. The wrench-tightened chuck provides a secure, slip-free hold on large-shank tooling even under high loads. Maximum operating speed of 27,000 RPM provides productive throughput for aggressive stock removal and heavy surface conditioning work.
Compatible with the NSK Emax EVOlution Standard or Torque motor (or the NSK ROTUS air motor). When paired with the ENK-250T Torque motor and Emax EVOlution controller, this attachment leverages up to 76 watts of output power and 4.8 cN-m of torque - the most powerful combination in the Emax EVOlution system, purpose-built for heavy-duty grinding applications.
