Product Description

The Sanwa TIG Welder (Model V02 / WELD PRO SW-V Series) delivers precision and power for mold repair, fine sheet metal work, and component welding. This all-in-one unit handles both on-site fixes and precision shop work, supporting professionals and less-experienced welders alike.

With the ability to weld up to 2.0mm, minimal distortion, and user-friendly navigation, it is a versatile solution for high-precision applications.  Ideal for shim adjustments and emergency repairs on molds, enabling quick and easy operation on site. Advanced inverter control generates a slight after-arc (residual heat) after fusion, ensuring reliable and consistent weld penetration. Featuring advanced inverter control, integrated TIG and resistance welding, and specialized modes for aluminum, it supports both beginner and expert welders.

Features:

High Power Capacity: Welds up to 2.0mm (0.075").

Precision Inverter Control: Maintains after-arc heat for improved weld penetration, especially on heat-diffusive metals like aluminum.

Distortion-Free Welding: Zero base current between peaks minimizes deformation for cleaner, more even weld beads.

Dual Welding Modes: Choose between SINGLE and DOUBLE wire settings to match skill level and application complexity.

All-in-One Integration: Combines TIG and resistance welding in one unit—from tack welding to Aluminum

Mode: Specialized setting improves success on tricky materials like aluminum (recommended to start with steel).

Weld Navigation Interface: Intuitive system supports less-experienced users while meeting the demands of advanced welders.

Durability & Reliability: Repairs are rare, though occasional board replacement may be required.

Training Recommended: Especially for high-precision work under 1.0mm. Use a microscope for fine welds; a helmet suffices for larger work.
