Product Description
The ULTRAMAX™ MF Multi-Function 3-in-1 System is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade mold and die polishing package. Powered by an advanced microprocessor, this centralized power pack drives ultrasonic, brushless DC, and brush-type mechanical handpieces.
This upgraded kit replaces the legacy Z-6X handpiece with the new Power Hand 4 Z-8X Reciprocating Handpiece, extending your adjustable stroke length to 0–8mm for faster material removal, aggressive scaling, and maximum finishing efficiency.
By combining microscopic ultrasonic oscillation with an aggressive 8mm mechanical stroke, this package eliminates tedious hand-stoning for tool and die maintenance. It bridges the gap between rough machining and mirror finish, drastically reducing finishing time.
- Upgraded Reciprocating Power: The Power Hand 4 Z-8X expands your capabilities with a 0–8mm stroke length (up from 6mm). This longer stroke delivers enough reciprocating force to clean out deep ribs, slots, and complex mold geometry in a fraction of the time.
- Constant Low-End Torque: The BH-60 brushless DC rotary motor establishes a perfectly linear relationship between current-to-torque and voltage-to-RPM. You get maximum torque at low speeds without the overheating or maintenance down-time common with traditional brush-type motors.
- Microprocessor Precision: Built-in control functions maintain steady power output under load. This allows toolmakers to polish right up to a parting line, crisp shoulder, or sharp wall without rounding critical mold edges.
- Aggressive Material Capabilities: Unaffected by metal hardness. This kit rapidly processes tough alloys from rough EDM surfaces to a mirror finish, making quick work of tool steels, tungsten carbide, and titanium.
