Product Description
The Aquaflame 1200 is the largest unit in the Aquaflame line with 240 L/hr of oxy-hydrogen gas, up to four simultaneous torch stations, and the full tip range including the largest #17 tip. Built for high-production environments where multiple operators share a single system. Same water-based electrolyte operation as the 500 and 800, just scaled up for volume.

Required Chemicals
- Electrolyte: KOH dry crystals, Item 8300044 (600g) — 2 bottles required for initial fill.
- Booster fluid: MEK, Item 8300042 (1 qt).
- Aquaflame systems are approved for MEK booster and dry KOH electrolyte only. Do not use methanol-based flux (such as OKAI HF-9) or premixed liquid electrolytes (such as OKAI HF-8) — they are not compatible with Aquaflame hoses and seals and will cause damage.
Setup Kit
The Hydrogen Torch Setup Kit (Item 8301085) includes measuring beakers, a graduated cylinder, a stirring rod, safety goggles, and disposable gloves — everything needed for safe electrolyte preparation.
