The ARBE Lapper and Polisher Floor Model System comes complete with a 1/2HP split lapping machine as well as a 3/4HP single spindle polishing motor with an extra-wide, easy access, steel constructed, powder coated, polishing hood, all of which is supported by a sturdy, high-impact, mahogany surface laminate benchtop. The split lapper is designed at a 45° angle for maximum visibility. The polishing motor has a high base placing the height to the center of the shaft/spindle at a generous 7" allowing it to accept large buffs. Totally sealed and permanently lubricated, the polishing motor is constructed with a rubber mounted base which reduces vibration. Spindles for both lapper and polisher are included.Â
The ARBE Dust Collector is suitable for the collection and extraction of all precious metals as well as stainless steel, brass and many other specialty metals. This two-station dust collector is strong and compact.
The filtration system utilizes ultra-weave filter bags. These bags are manufactured with a unique entanglement process that blends their fibers, creating a more uniform material with a smaller pore size providing better surface loading of dust and preventing penetration deep into the media. With better surface loading, these ultra-weave bags provide improved cleaning and a lower pressure drop, which results in greater energy savings and greater filtration efficiency. Replacement Bags available.
