Product Description
The Avalon TE60 wet disc finishing machine is designed for mass finishing of up to 10 kilograms of small workpieces. Used for deburring, radiusing, degreasing, cleaning, smoothing, brightening, polishing with media such as ceramic, plastic and porcelain chips as well as stainless steel shot. Working bowl capacity is 60 liters and the inside diameter of the working bowl is 525mm. .

Electrical Compatibility & Installation:
This unit features an integrated Frequency Inverter (U1), making it compatible with both European and North American power standards. While the factory nameplate indicates 3x400V, the machine is designed to be easily adapted for US shops:
- Option 1 (Simplest): Use a 9kVA Step-Up Transformer to provide 400V power exactly as labeled. This is a "plug-and-play" solution.
- Option 2 (Direct Wire): A qualified electrician can wire the machine directly to a US 230V 3-Phase supply by adjusting the internal inverter settings and deriving a 230V control circuit. Schematics provided upon request.
