The Badeco 5LC100 Nano Micro Filing Handpiece is a high-precision, reciprocating tool designed for finishing in hard-to-reach areas. This versatile handpiece is perfect for use with ceramic files, miniature files, or custom tools, offering a 1.0mm stroke length that ensures precise, controlled filing. Ideal for fine detailing, the Badeco nano microfiler allows you to reach areas that conventional polishing tools can't access.
The 5LC100 Nano 1.0 Microfiler Handpiece Head must be paired with the RS3000 micromotor (see item 5107110) and a Badeco controller. All items are sold separately. Its stroke speed is fully adjustable, ranging from 1,500 to 12,500 strokes per minute, giving you more control over filing tasks. This nano handpiece head is slim and lightweight at only 33g (just over an ounce) and a diameter of 17mm (11/16").Â
This handpiece head comes equipped with a Universal Tool Holder that securely holds polishing tools up to 10mm in diameter via a set screw. Additionally, Badeco offers a 3.2mm (1/8") tool holder with two set screws (sold separately, see item 8503763).
