Product Description
DLyte 10PRO metal surface finishing equipment uses the dry electropolishing technology, suitable for companies with medium manufacturing volume. It combines a planetary movement and a vertical back-and-forth motion inside the drum containing the electrolyte media. It is suitable for steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium, copper-based, nickel-based and aluminum materials. Its advanced PLC-based electronics allows to apply asymmetric pulses with low and high frequency, and parameter concatenation. Used for precision finishing, smoothing, mirror finishing, deburring, rounding, corrosion resistance and AM post processing. Light tower, anti-vibration support, conductivity and temperature calibration system are included. Work bowl and holder are not included.
