Product Description

The DLyte PRO500 delivers exceptional metal surface-finishing results with superior speed and efficiency.  Compared to existing technologies, it can achieve processing times up to ten times faster.  Exceptional versatility and fast return on investment are made possible by its combination of wide range of material compatibility, multiple workpieces holding system, and high capacity.   The DLyte PRO500 is equipped with 8 perimeter spindles, which enables it to handle either a single or multiple work pieces per holder, thereby enhancing its capacity and performance, even when working with large volumes of work pieces.

The technology used in the DLyte PRO 500 uses a precise blend of axial and planetary turns, vertical movement, and vibration to reduce friction with electrolyte particles. Independent variable speed and bidirectional rotation ensure optimal media flow and maximize results.

Its innovative power electronics system features SIC Pulser technology with eight independent high frequency rectifiers synchronized by optical fiber, delivering up to 360 Amps and 35KW. This ensures superior surface finishes, homogeneous results, shorter cycle times, and consistent power delivery. The system independently activates perimeter and inferior cathodes according to polishing requirements. By adapting current flow based on piece geometry, it achieves greater precision, homogeneous finishes, and unparalleled versatility.

The holder fixation system uses positive pressure and automatic pneumatic locking to reduce loading times and increase ease of use. Integrated vibration strengthens piece treatment while decreasing holder weight.  Intelligent software delivers real-time parameter optimization based on conductivity and temperature control, maintaining electrolyte quality and ensuring consistent, repeatable performance between cycles.

The frame and panels provide easy access to internal components. Eight power units with forced cooling are located on the sides, while the control unit is positioned at the rear.  Safety features include a warning light tower, magnetic safety gate system, and light barrier to protect operators during each cycle.  The DLyte PRO500 delivers a full spectrum of electrical parameters from low to high frequency with parameter concatenation and asymmetric voltage for diverse materials.  Specialized holders and fixtures optimize results for each piece's unique geometry and finishing requirements, ensuring maximum capacity utilization across various applications and sectors. Work bowl, cathode set and holder are not included.
