Patented by our founder, F.W.Gesswein, in 1872 and still the ring buffs of choice! These #3C buffs are used for cutting and polishing insides of very small rings (sizes 1-5) and curved surfaces. Made of pure wool felt mounted on reinforced tapered wooden mandrels drilled for tapered spindles. Made in India.
