Patented by our founder, F.W.Gesswein, in 1872 and still the ring buffs of choice! These #70T buffs are used for cutting and polishing insides of rings (sizes 6-9) and curved surfaces. Made of treated and hardened pure wool felt mounted on reinforced tapered wooden mandrels drilled for tapered spindles. Made in India.
