This #3 Grobet file handle is recommended for use with the 4" Barrette, Crochet, Crossing, Equalling, Half-Round, Hand, Knife Edge, Pillar, Pippin, Slitting, Three-Square and Warding files as well as the 6" Round Pointed and Square files and the 8" Round Parallel files. Shape fits hand comfortably. Unbreakable plastic with a textured surface for nonslip grip. Tang gripping inserts are made of high quality tempered metal and threaded to ensure proper alignment and positive hold. Threaded insert feature permits reuse of the handle – just unscrew the file in use and insert another. Hole at top permits convenient hang-up storage near workbench.
