Product Description

HyCeram® combines the advantages of 60% microfine ceramic and modern 3D cross-linked polymers, the result being a hybrid ceramic/polymer compound with an intense and high-quality appearance. Used by smaller art workshops as well as in larger mechanical and industrial applications.  HV colors are especially suitable for filling round objects such as rings and using in thick layers quickly achieving your desired results. Cures under heat and pressure for extreme strength; suitable for high wear applications. Can be sculpted, milled, and polished.

Hardness of 410 N/mm²

UV-stable and high gloss polishing

Chemically resistant

Temperature resistant up to 200°C

Mohs 7 harness

Can be modified (drill, laser, engrave, galvanize)


Basic steps:

  • Roughen the design area by sand blasting, etching, etc.  
  • Thoroughly clean and dry your product
  • Apply the link and bond
  • Harden with the TwinLux Dual LED Light
  • Apply the HyCeram HV colors
  • Deep harden for 60 minutes in the CeraPower 2.0 curing oven
