The KWS Flask Investment Breaker and Casting Cleaning Machine with Cascade Separator
1). Removes the casting tree from the flask using a water jet of 60-95 bar from an adjustable circular jet nozzle
2). Cleans the investment from the casting tree using a jet of water from three movable jet nozzles of 95 bar (pressure is adjustable)
3). Catches the water and residue from the above processes

The included Cascade Separator is a very useful accessory to the KG 100 as it serves as a rectangular catch for the water and residue to help keep the residue from entering your waste pipes. Of course, you will still have to remove the powder residue from the separator. There are a few options. The easiest one is laying a wet resistant yet sturdy towel (not included) on the bottom of the first chamber. When the chamber is full, remove the towel containing the powder residues and shake the wet powders into a separate container (not included) for drying and eventually disposal. Could also use a membrane pump for automatically pumping out the powder residues to a separate container (all not included). Conveniently nestles completely under the KG100.
