Small, tapered heads on these Ultra-Flush® Diagonal Cutters allow access to narrow, confined spaces. Feature precision-ground, black oxidized cutting edges for exceptional cutting accuracy and durability, adjustable screw lap joints, double leaf return springs, and yellow plastic grips.
