Product Description
The NSK Emax EVOlution Long Type Handpiece (BMH-300) from NSK (Nakanishi) solves one of the most persistent challenges in precision machining and moldmaking: reaching the bottom of deep ribs, pockets, and blind holes without tool deflection or handle interference. Its uniquely slim nose (0.51" in diameter and 2.45" long) extends well beyond what a standard hand piece can reach, giving you clean grinding and cutting access to deep features that would otherwise require fixturing or specialized long-reach tooling.
At up to 35,000 RPM with a 1/8" collet, the BMH-300 handles a full range of carbide burs, diamond tools, and mounted points. The overall 4.72" length provides the leverage you need for consistent results in deep pockets, and the chuck exchanges without a wrench for faster tool changes in production. The included 1/8" collet gets you started immediately; additional collet sizes are available separately.
