Product Description
The NSK Emax EVOlution Luster Handpiece (LS-100) from NSK (Nakanishi) is a reciprocating stroke polisher that converts your Emax EVOlution or ROTUS micromotor into a powerful surface finishing station. Unlike rotary tools that can leave circular marks from polishing, the Luster's back-and-forth stroke action eliminates rotational marks and delivers consistent, directional finishes on flat, curved, and contoured surfaces, dramatically reducing finishing time.
The adjustable stroke cam provides a variable stroke range of 0-6mm, giving you control over both aggressiveness and surface quality. A full 360-degree tilt adjustment on the head lets you match the tool angle to any workpiece geometry. The vibration-absorbing rubber grip keeps hand fatigue low during extended polishing sessions, and the screw clamp tool holder accepts standard tools up to 1/4" shank diameter.
