The NSK Emax EVOlution Mini 90-Degree Angle Type Handpiece from NSK (Nakanishi) is a highly specialized attachment for precision finishing deep inside workpieces where no standard angle head can reach. Its extra-slim nose profile (just 0.33" in diameter at the tip) fits inside deep holes, narrow bores, and slit pipes to chamfer edges, deburr internal surfaces, and finish features that would otherwise require custom tooling or tedious hand work.
At 3.78" overall with a 2.77" extended nose section, this handpiece provides the reach and the right-angle geometry needed to work the bottom of deep holes and the interior walls of small-bore tubing. The 1.6mm collet accepts precision grinding pins and small-diameter burs purpose-built for this type of work. Maximum operating speed is 15,000 RPM, suited to the fine, controlled grinding needed in these confined spaces. Collet and wrenches are included.
