Product Description
The NSK (Nakanishi) Presto II Standard Set operates at 320,000 RPM — an ultra-high speed achievable only with an air turbine. This near-frictionless cutting action is ideal for the most delicate precision work. Use the Presto II for printed circuit board modification, optical component polishing, fine ceramic machining, medical device finishing, and mold corrections where conventional tool speeds cause heat damage or excessive stock removal.
The non-lubricated design produces no oil mist at the work surface preventing any surface contamination. A built-in air flow clears debris from the cutting area. Requires a clean, dry air supply at exactly 36 PSI — do not exceed.
Important: The Presto II is a fixed collet and only accepts 1.6mm shank burs . Not compatible with standard 1/8" or 3/32" shank tools.
