Product Description

The PM1 Vertical Magnetic Tumbler by Opticom Unicast is engineered for professional jewelry casting shops that need fast, consistent post-processing results. Unlike standard benchtop tumblers, the PM1 lets you clean and burnish full casting trees directly after sprue removal — no need to cut individual pieces first. This dramatically cuts turnaround time without sacrificing finish quality, making it the ideal step between manual finishing and fully automated inline systems.

Features
  • Vertical chamber design promotes superior media agitation for a more uniform finish
  • 10" touchscreen with programmable cycle controls and automatic needle direction reversal
  • 4-liter working chamber capacity; processes approximately 150–160 individual rings per cycle
  • Designed for full casting trees to clean entire sprues before separation
  • 1-year manufacturer's warranty

Important – Electrical Requirements

This machine operates at 380V, 3-phase, 16A (50/60 Hz). A step-up transformer is required for use on standard 220V power. Please confirm your facility's electrical setup before ordering. Contact us with questions.
