Product Description
The Gesswein® Precious Metal Recovery Sink will recover any precious metals from your workers' hands for refining. It utilizes an acid-resistant plastic tank with three chambers. The first two chambers capture metal particles through built-in filters at the bottom. The third chamber has a float switch that monitors water level and triggers discharge when full. Water passes through a double filtration system before exiting to maximize metal recovery. For industries like electronics manufacturing, jewelry making, and metal refining, wastewater recovery systems often pay for themselves while reducing environmental impact. This space-saving, double tap sink measures: 550x600x1120mm (Approx. 21-3/4" x 23-3/4" x 44-1/8")
Features:
- Space-saving vertical design
- Acid-resistant plastic tank with three chambers
- Dual capture chambers with bottom filtration
- Float-controlled discharge system
Collecting precious metals from wastewater offers several important benefits:
- Economic value - Recovering even small amounts of precious metals from wastewater can generate significant revenue over time, easily offsetting operational costs.
- Resource and environmental conservation - The mining of precious metals uses both energy and water, while recovering metals from wastewater preserves natural resources.
- Sustainability - This circular economy by keeping valuable materials in use rather than losing them as waste. It's essentially "urban mining" that makes industrial processes more sustainable.
