Box-jointed for stability with perfect alignment at tapered jaws. Spring tension provides light return pressure for easy handling. Comfortable cushion grip. Measure 4-1/2" overall length, 15/16" jaw length. Made in Germany.
Pliers open prongs without fracturing stones. There is no pressure on the top of the stone, so no marring or scratching of fragile material will occur. One side of the jaw is grooved to hold the prong in place; the other side is angled to slip under the prong and raise it easily.
