Product Description
A good cast requires a perfect burnout and an optimally tempered flask. The Schultheiss RF models allow you to use as little energy as possible per flask thanks to the use of the best thermal insulation and a unique heating element design. The homogeneity of the temperature is ideal from top to bottom and from inside to outside thanks to the special zone control.
The RF 402 is the perfect solution for small to medium production volumes. Despite its smaller size, it has all the features and functions of the larger RF furnaces while still being space saving. The efficient design of the heating system reduces energy consumption to a minimum and makes our rotating furnace a reliable system for flask burnout.
The oven contains a stainless-steel container inside, which allows an equal distribution of temperature. The heating elements distribute the heat evenly in the furnace to ensure the same temperature throughout the machine. This allows the flasks to be gently burned out and better results to be achieved.
Integrated functions and modern monitoring ensure high quality by quickly detecting errors. The touch screen allows real-time control and monitoring of production processes, while stored data enables post-process optimization. The pneumatic door opener minimizes door opening time, saving energy.
Requires use of compressed air of 90-105 psi or 6-7 bars and must be vented outside.
