Product Description

A good cast requires a perfect burnout and an optimally tempered flask.  The Schultheiss RF models allow you to use as little energy as possible per flask thanks to the use of the best thermal insulation and a unique heating element design.  The homogeneity of the temperature is ideal from top to bottom and from inside to outside thanks to the special zone control.


Combustion of numerous flasks in a small area with high efficiency, perfect homogeneous heat distribution, minimal energy requirements, and an ROI of fewer than two years – The RF 602 II is the answer to all these demands. Manufactured for mass production of up to 48 flasks per unit, it is simply unbeatable in its class.


For optimum heat distribution, the RF 602 has two heating systems that are regulated independently of each other. This ensures an even temperature distribution throughout the entire flask chamber, which leads to optimum results. The RF 602 is also well equipped for power failures!  The intelligent system can determine at which point it should continue as soon as the power is restored. This can greatly minimize time loss. The RF 602 ensures that the maximum temperature is not exceeded, even if a single element fails. Through the integrated windows-based touchscreen, the entire burnout process can be precisely controlled and monitored, so that the desired goal will be optimally achieved.


The well thought out product design of the RF602 rotating furnace ensures that energy consumption can be reduced to a minimum. The pneumatic door opener ensures that the door is only held open as shortly as possible for opening and closing the furnace door. In addition, the position indicator recognizes which flask is in which position and ensures easy handling of the flasks after burnout. A stainless-steel container adds to its reliability, as the steam that rises during the burnout process does not settle on the heating system enhancing its longevity.   


Requires use of compressed air of 90-105 psi or 6-7 bars and must be vented outside.
