Product Description
The SWA 150 is a semi-automatic, mobile laser welding system designed specifically for maintenance and repair of large molds. Its flexible design allows the welding head to reach difficult areas, making it ideal for heavy or oversized workpieces that cannot be moved. Equipped with a Nd:YAG flash-lamp laser source, water cooling, and fiber-optic transmission, this system delivers high precision, excellent pulse consistency, and repeatable results. The robust, well-balanced structure ensures reliable performance even during long working sessions, while the metallurgical welding quality meets the highest standards on all steels, copper, and aluminum alloys
