ULTRAMAX® MF Standard Complete 3-in-1 Package is designed for the demands of industrial mold and die finishing, giving you the versatility of ultrasonic and mechanical polishing in one system. The high-efficiency microprocessor-controlled power pack drives three distinct handpiece types, ultrasonic, brushless DC, and brush-type DC, from a single unit, giving polishers the right tool for every surface condition.
Whether you're working from a rough EDM surface to a mirror finish, clearing tight ribs and slots, or polishing hard-to-reach details in deep cavities, the ULTRAMAX MF delivers results across all material hardnesses including tungsten carbide and titanium. Short-stroke, high-speed reciprocation gives you precise control right up to a wall or edge, critical for maintaining sharp parting lines and dimensional tolerances in production tooling.
