Built on Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology, the Form 4 brings blazing print speeds and industrial-grade reliability to professional SLA 3D printing. Most prints finish in under 2 hours on the Form 4. Multiple parts can print in a single job without extending print time.
Parts come off the printer with smooth surfaces and sharp details that rival injection-molded parts, and ±0.15% XY dimensional tolerances keep assemblies fitting right. With 20+ materials, validated print settings, and a complete wash-and-cure ecosystem, the Form 4 series takes users from file to finished part with minimal training. Anyone can learn to print in about 15 minutes.

- Form 4 Resin Tank: Every resin tank includes a reusable lid, making it easy to stack tanks and store resin outside of the machine.
- Form Wash V2 x2: Hands-free washing directly from the build platform in about 10 minutes. Two units.
- Form Cure V2: Post-cures General Purpose Resins in 60 seconds and engineering resins in under 15 minutes, with pre-programmed profiles for all Formlabs resins
- Flex Build Platform x2: Quick-release platform for easy part removal, two pieces.
- Form 4 Finish Kit: Includes two rinse buckets, rinse basket, removal tool, plastic tank scraper, Build Platform jig, flush cutters, squeeze bottle, and disposable nitrile gloves.
- Finishing Tools: Pen Sander, Rotary tool, Bit kit, working mat, hobby knifes and other accessories yhat streamlines every step in the workflow.
- Solvent Pump: Quickly fills and empties a wash bucket for Form Wash
- Form 4 Mixer: Improves material performance by keeping resin homogenous in the tank during the printing process. A Resin Mixer is required anytime you are printing.
- Open Material Mode: Unlock the possibility to print with any 405 nm photopolymer resin or 1064 nm powder on Formlabs 3D printers, empowering researchers and expert users to experiment with an advanced printing tool.
