The EN-442-6 Pd-S 2nd step polisher is designed to handle a large production capacity of palladium white gold.
EN-442-6 Pd-S sports two baths and can process up to 66 pieces taking between one to two hours depending on the size, density and complexity of those pieces.
This model is based on the 2nd Step Energy system which uses small particles (up to 0.3mm in diameter) as a catalyst for the chemical process as well as a proprietary solution and brush technology (6 brushes). This process allows you to achieve a high, uniform polish even on difficult to access interiors.
Includes a simple controller, keypad and two screens allowing the operator to save specific parameter settings for each alloy, saving time and creating consistency. Made in Spain.
