Returns & Repair Policy

For All Returns

If for any reason you wish to return merchandise, please call us at 1-800-243-4466 to request an RMA. All returns must be shipped prepaid and marked with an RMA #. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Be sure to package your return properly to avoid shipping damage, insure it, and use a carrier with tracking capability; we suggest UPS or FedEx. If you choose USPS please ship by Express Mail which includes tracking.

  • Items returned within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible for a refund if the items are unused and with original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after 30 days from original invoice date or charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Collect or COD shipments not accepted.
  • Some items are not eligible for return, such as but not limited to, special ordered items, and hazardous items.
  • Returns will be credited in the same manner as they were paid, and will generally take up to 10 business days.

Most of our products are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, except where noted. All repaired items are covered by our 30-day guarantee. All repairs must have an RMA # before returning.
