Use this tool as you would a flat file to smooth, deburr and polish metal. Hold 1" wide abrasive cloth and paper in 11" strips. Strips are easy to insert and tightened via a screw at the base of the handle to hold them securely. Measures 10" overall length. Flat sanding surface measures 5" long, tapering from approximately 3/8" thick at the handle to 1/16" at the tip. Made of high-impact, solvent-resistant plastic. Use with any abrasive paper such as our Lightning Metalite Cloth rolls or our Emery, Waterproof, or Durite Sandpapers - all papers are sold separately.
