Rapido cures into tough, strong production rubber molds in as little as 15 minutes so you can get your models into production fast. 1/2" molds are fully cured in 10 minutes, 3/4" molds in 15 minutes and 1" molds in just 20 minutes. Like all Castaldo Silicone Rubbers, Rapido™ makes detailed wax injection with an extraordinarily shiny surface that requires less finishing. Waxes are self releasing and molds need no release spray or powder. Vulcanize at 185-200°F / 85-93°C. Makes molds with a rubber shrinkage rate of only 0.1%. Sold in boxes of 5 lbs. of strips measuring approximately 2-7/8"W x 18"L. Made in Thailand.
