The flex shaft driven Di-Profiler is the tool maker’s traditional go-to machine for reciprocating applications. Connects to any standard Gesswein/ Foredom flexible shaft machine except models TXH, TXMH, and H.
Can be used for light and heavy duty polishing, filing, honing and lapping jobs. For best results and reduced vibration, operate between 5,000 and 7,000 RPM with a stroke length between 1-3mm.
Optional finger sleeve available to improve guidance.
Unit has a 1/4" chuck capacity.
Comes complete with operations guide, rubber sleeve, storage case, wrench and lubricating oil. Adjustable stroke length 0-6mm. 8,000 RPM Maximum.
FPS is available two ways:
FPS Di-Profiler with Flex Shaft Drive: Complete with hard plastic storage case, 3mm allen key, rubber grip, FNA-K lubricating oil, 2 spare FNH-59 lubricating felts, 2 spare 42053 screws, and instruction manual.
FPS Complete Kit: Includes the FPS Di-Profiler with accessories (above) plus a Foredom 115V TX Flex Shaft and a Foredom TXR-1 Foot Rheostat.
